U3A in Bridgnorth & District
Bridgnorth & District u3a was set up in April 2007.
Our membership presently stands at 310 with 20+ Activity Groups.
Covid 19 restrictions have dramatically affected our usual range of
activities but we are working on adapting to our changed circumstances and look forward to resuming 'normal service' asap.
We welcome VISITORS who are nearing retirement, semi retired or fully retired - there is no minimum age limit.
This period of life is often referred to as the 'Third Age'.
Visitors are welcome but full membership is required if you wish to continue to take part in any of our Activities.
Our Guest Speaker starts promptly at 2.00pm.
Pre-Covid these meetings were held on the fourth Wednesday of every month (ex December) .
An entrance charge of £2.00 covers the cost of the Speaker, Hall and light refreshments.
We meet in the Bridgnorth Community Hall, off Severn Street, Low Town, Bridgnorth, WV15 6BB.
When these meetings restart ... do consider coming along just after 1.30pm where we will make you welcome!
Until we resume 'normal service' please click Speakers Programme for details of our 2021 Programme of Zoom Speakers. Our next Zoom Speaker is ...
